带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折术后对肩关节的影响

Effect of Locking Nail for Humeral Shaft Fractures on Shoulder Function

目的探讨带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折术后对骨关节的影响。方法对29例肱骨干骨折患者采用带锁髓内钉治疗,术后随访10～16个月,根据按Neer评分法测定肩关节功能。结果全部得到随访,平均随访1.3年,优9例,良11例,可6例,差3例,总有效率89.7%。结论对于需要手术治疗的肱骨干骨折,髓内钉在起到治疗作用的同时对肩关节功能活动影响较小。

Objective To evaluate the effect of locking nail for humeral fractures on the shoulder function.Methods Twenty-nine patients were follow-up between 10months and 16months.According to Neer shoulder functional score system for shoulder function.Results The mean follow-up 13month（10 to 16）.The excellent and fair rate was 89.7%.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of humeral shaft fracture is effective with little interference with the effect of the shoulder function and with stable immobilization.
