电石法制乙炔生产工艺的改进

Improvement on process for production of acetylene by calcium carbide method

对电石法制乙炔生产工艺中乙炔发生器加料部分、溢流部分和水环压缩机水循环部分进行了改造,改造后装置运行平稳,提高了装置的自动化水平,降低了电石消耗和装置维修费用。

Modifications were made for the charging unit and overflow unit of acetylene generator and the water circulation unit of water ring compressor in the production process of acetylene by calcium carbide method. After modifivation, the running of facility was stable, the automation level was high, and the consumption of calcium carbide and maintenance costs of facility were reduced.
