针对1,2-二氯乙烷裂解炉对流段出口管线及自控阀经常堵塞的实际情况,对1,2-二氯乙烷裂炉对流段出口进行了工艺改造,改造后裂解炉运行周期和氯乙烯产量均得到了提高。

According to actual situations that the outlet and automatic control valves of convection section of dichloroethane cracking furnace were often blocked, process remoulding for the outlet of convection section of 1,2-dichloroethane cracking furnace was made. After remoulding, the operation cycle of cracking furnace and the output of vinyl chloride were all improved.
