摘要
采用自制的聚乙烯蜡接枝马来酸酐(PEW-g-MAH)改性竹粉,制成PVC/竹粉复合材料,研究了竹粉用量对PVC/竹粉复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着竹粉用量的增加,试样力学性能总体呈现降低的趋势;添加PEW-g-MAH改性竹粉的试样力学性能要明显优于添加未改性竹粉的试样。SEM分析表明:经PEW-g-MAH处理后,竹粉与PVC树脂的相容性得到改善,可提高试样的力学性能。
Bamboo flour was pre-modified with self-made polyethene wax grafted maleic anhydride (PEM-g-MAH), and then the modified bamboo flour was filled with PVC to produce PVC/bamboo flour composite. The effects of bamboo flour content on the mechanical poperties of PVC/bamboo flour composite were studied. The results showed that with the increase of bamboo flour dosages, the mechanical properties of PVC/bamboo flour composite were decreased, the mechanical properties of PVC/modified bamboo flour composite were better than those of PVC/unmodified bamboo flour composite. SEM showed that the compatibility between PVC and bamboo flour was improved after the modification with PEM-g-MAH, and thus the mechanical properties of composite were increased.
