Construction Techniques of V Stays Continuous Beam Extra Long No.0 Section in Over Xiyu Thruway Cloverleaf Junction

跨西禹高速立交特大桥为一座双线铁路桥,为跨越西禹高速公路而设,跨高速公路处为一联V撑连续梁,V撑夹角大,连续梁0号段长32m,且临近高速公路,施工难度大,施工工艺复杂。着重介绍了V撑及0号段的施工方案和现场控制。

Over Xiyu Thruway cloverleaf junction is a double-line railway bridge, which is built for crossing Xiyu Highway. There is a joint of V-stay continuous beams at the point crossing the highway, with a large V-stay angle. No. 0 section of the continuous beam is 32 m long, and near the highway, which adds to the construction difficulty and the complication of the construction techniques. The construction scheme and on-site control of V stays and No. 0 section are mainly introduced in this paper.
