摘要患者女，２１岁。发现盆腔包块伴下腹胀痛２个月，于１９９６年１月１５日入院。既往无月经来潮，曾作Ｂ超显示：幼稚型子宫，双附件无异常。故作人工周期，维持月经每月来潮，持续３天，量少。１年半后又以下腹胀痛而作Ｂ超显示：右卵巢混合性包块，疑宫外孕。门诊观察作...
