鼻咽癌病人端粒酶表达的研究

TELOMERASE EXPRESSION IN PATIENTS WITH NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

目的：研究端粒酶（ＴＬＭＡ）在鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）中的表达。方法：采用ＴＲＡＰＰＣＲＥＬＩＳＡ法探讨１８例ＮＰＣ，２例放疗后ＮＰＣ，４例癌旁组织及４例慢性鼻咽炎鼻咽部活检组织中ＴＬＭＡ表达。结果：１８例ＮＰＣＴＬＭＡ阳性率为８８．９％。４例癌旁组织阳性率为７５．０％，慢性鼻咽炎全部为阴性。１例复发性ＮＰＣ为阳性，１例疗后未复发为阴性。ＴＬＭＡ表达与ＮＰＣ分期、颈淋巴结转移似无明显关系。

Objective:To study the telomerase expression in NPC.Methods:The telomerase expression was detected from 18 cases of NPC, 2 cases of post-radiotherapy NPC,4 cases of epithelium adjacent to NPC and 4 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis with TRAP PCR ELISA kit.Results:The telomerase activity in the 18 cases of NPC and the 4 cases of epithelium adjacent to NPC reached 88.9% and 75.0%,respectively.None in the 4 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis was positive.It was also found that there was a higher telomerase expression in 1 case of recurrent NPC after radiotherapy.In addition, there seemed to be no obvious relationship between TLMA activity and stage,lymph node involvement and histological classification.Conclusion:There is a high telomerase expression in NPC and in epithelium adjacent to NPC.
