抑凋亡基因Bcl-X在鼻息肉中表达的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨细胞凋亡基因Bcl-2,Bcl-X,Bak和Bax蛋白在鼻息肉中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法(APAAP法)检测Bcl-2,Bcl-X,Bak和Bax蛋白在6例鼻息肉中的表达。结果:6例鼻息肉上皮Bcl-X均呈强阳性表达,3例(3/6)Bcl-2阳性表达,2例(2/6)Bak弱阳性表达,1例(1/6)Bax阳性表达。 Objective:To investigate the apoptosis in nasal polyp by detection of the expression of 4 apoptosis related proteins Bcl 2,Bcl X,Bak and Bax.Methods:Bcl 2,Bcl X,Bak and Bax were investigated in 6 nasal polyps by immunohistochemistry (APAAP).Results: 6/6 of Bcl X and 3/6 of Bcl 2 were expressed middle/strongly in the epithelium of nasal polyp.In contrast,only 2/6 of Bak and 1/6 of Bax were found weakly stained in the epithelium of nasal polyp.Conclusion:Up regulated apoptotic inhibitor Bcl X and down regulated apoptotic promotors Bak and Bax might be associated with the genesis and development of nasal polyp.
