增殖细胞核抗原在喉粘膜不典型增生及喉癌组织中表达的意义

摘要
目的：研究增殖细胞核抗原在喉粘膜不典型增生及喉癌组织中的表达。方法：采用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法，用抗增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）的单克隆抗体对９例正常喉粘膜、２９例喉粘膜不典型增生及３６例喉鳞状细胞癌进行标记及分析。结果：随着喉粘膜病变的加重，ＰＣＮＡ的标记指数（ＬＩ）有逐渐增高的趋势。而ＬＩ与喉鳞状细胞癌的病理分级、Ｔ分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤生长部位均无关。结论：ＰＣＮＡ对喉鳞状细胞癌的早期诊断有重要意义，在指导临床治疗上也有重要的参考价值。
