摘要
恶性胸腔积液（malignantpleuraleffusion，MPE）是晚期恶性肿瘤常见的表现之一，75％的MPE是由于肺癌或乳腺癌所致，其他导致MPE的原因有：淋巴瘤、卵巢癌、胃癌等，还有7％的MPE的病因不明。大部分MPE患者的生存时间仅为6～9个月。
