益髓颗粒剂降低骨髓增生异常综合征感染率的临床研究

Clinic Study of the Patients' Infection Rate with Myelodysplastic Syndromes Decreased by Yisui Granules

骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者的外周血白细胞减少、免疫功能低下和感染都是临床不可避免的问题。本文针对MDS临床“气阴(血)两虚,血瘀内阻”的主要证候,以MDS早期类型RA为临床研究对象,采用“益髓颗粒剂”治疗52例。通过临床观察表明,益髓颗粒剂能明显降低MDS患者临床感染发生率、升高外周血白细胞计数、改善临床主症。

The infection'manifestation with the decreased white blood cell and immune function is an unavoidable problem in the patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Yisui granules was taken for the treatment of 52 cases of MDS with the syndrome of qi -ying (blood) deficiency and blood stasis. The clinic observation indicated that Yisui granules could markedly decreased the infective rate and increased the count of white blood cell, simultaneously, improved the clinic symptoms.
