摘要 研究了用超临界CO_2流体萃取精馏鱼油中多烯不饱和脂肪酸甲酯,以获得高纯度EPA、DHA的工艺。探讨了操作压力、温度、溶剂比对萃取精馏的影响,并进一步探讨了分离提纯的最佳工艺条件。 The supercritical carbon dioxide was used to extract polyunsaturated fatty acid methylesters from fish oil to concentrate eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acid. The effects of experimental;temperatures,pressures and solvent ratio were reported,and the optimal fractional conditions were studied.
