摘要
B1细胞是一种表型和功能上都有别于传统意义上B细胞(B2细胞)的独特的B细胞群。它分泌多种类型的自身抗体,主要参与固有免疫反应。长期以来,B1细胞与B2细胞的来源一直具有争议,最近,B1细胞前体和B2细胞前体已经在小鼠体内得到分离,B1细胞发育分化的调节机制也随之建立起来。目前B细胞的分类已经明确:根据来源的不同将B细胞分为非骨髓来源的B1细胞和骨髓来源的B2细胞。其中,表达CD5的B1细胞由于其与自身免疫病、恶性肿瘤的关系受到了广泛关注,因而其相关作用机制也越来越受到学者们的重视。
B1 cell, a unique subset of B cell, is different from traditional B cell ( B2 cell). B-1 B cells have been considered to be part oft he imate immune system, whereas B-2 B cells function primarily in adaptive immune responses. It has been acoutroversial issue about the origin of B-1 and B-2 B ceils. Rencently,experimental data from murine studies support the hypothesis that B-1 B cells belong to a developmental lineage distinct from B-2 B cells. It is dear that B cell can be divided into two subsets:B1 cell and B2 cell. CD5^ + B1 cell is related to autoimmune diseases and tumor. This review draws attention to the recent advance on the study of B-1 subset in terms of cell development ,function,and the relationship with diseases.
