Duijiu Valley碓臼峪Duijiu Valley,in Changping District, a suburb in northern Beijing,is widely regarded as the "mini Three Gorges." A spring flows in the valley between the two major mountainous areas.From April to mid-May,various wild flowers,such as mountain peach flowers,mountain apricot flowers,pear flowers,azaleas and lilacs, bloom on the hillsides.
