摘要
卒中后抑郁是卒中后最常见并发症之一,是一种以情绪低落、自罪自责、睡眠紊乱等为主要表现的情感障碍性疾病,妨碍患者日常生活能力和神经功能缺损恢复,严重影响卒中后患者生活质量。本文就卒中后抑郁的定义、发病机制、相关因素、诊断与治疗等问题做一简要回顾。
Post -stroke depression is the most common complications after stroke. It is the affective disorder which main symp- toms include mood depression, self accusations, self blame and sleep disorders. It impedes activities of daily living and recovery of neurological dificit, and it also makes a great impact on the quality of life in the patients with post - stroke depression. In this paper the definition, the pathogenesis, some related risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of post - stroke depression are reviewed briefly.
