摘要
使用自行研制的模拟人居环境试验箱,采用一次热解吸气相色谱法,研究了溶剂型木器涂层、内墙涂料涂层在较长时间内挥发物的释放及其规律。结果显示:溶剂型木器干燥涂层中甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯和乙酸丁酯的挥发浓度经24h试验增至最大,随后呈现缓慢下降的趋势,经242h后其浓度仍然维持在高于初始检测到的浓度水平。说明溶剂型木器涂料中稀释剂所含的甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯和乙酸丁酯在形成干燥涂层后,在室内条件及普通白荧光灯照射下仍然继续挥发,并保持缓慢挥发相当一段时间。此外,涂层中检测到的未知挥发物不可忽视,其定性分析及释放规律性值得继续研究。
Using a simulating human-living surroundings testing-trunk, we studied the rules of the volatile emanating from solvent-based wood coatings layer and internal wall coatings layer in a period of time by a method of one-step thermal desorption gas chromatogram. The test results showed that the volatile concentration values of toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene and n-butyl acetate from the dry solvent-based wood coatings layer increased to a maximum by 24h, and then diminished little by little, by 242h the values of them were still greater than their original values. After dryness of prepared samples, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene and n-butyl acetate of solvent-based wood coatings thinner still volatilized continually for a quite long time in the condition of indoor surroundings and the irradiation of common white fluorescence lamps on samples. Furthermore, the unknown volatile components of the layers can not be ignored, we should pay more study and qualitative analysis to them.
