摘要
采用抑菌圈法观察食品级防霉剂双乙酸钠与山梨酸钾、双乙酸钠与丙酸钙两两复配后对曲霉属、青霉属、镰刀菌属中10种引起粮食霉变的主要有害霉菌的抑制作用,结果表明防霉剂浓度0.3%时,双乙酸钠与山梨酸钾复配各组作用效果明显,优于双乙酸纳与丙酸钙复配各组,相比于单独的双乙酸钠、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙组也有明显的增效作用,筛选出复配比例为双乙酸钠∶山梨酸钾=4∶1为粮食防霉剂有效配方,双乙酸钠与丙酸钙复配各组作用效果不明显。
The inhibitory actions of compound fungicides,namely mix of food grade bacteriostatic agent sodium diacetate(SDA) and potassium sorbate,mix of SDA and calcium propionate,on 10 mold strains of Aspergillus,Penicillium,Fusarium,were observed by using the inhibition zone method.Results:At bacteriostatic agent concentration of 0.3%,the compound fungicide of SDA mixed with potassium sorbate is more effective than the mix of SDA with calcium propionate and is better than single SDA,potassium sorbate or calcium propionate.Formula #6,with ingredient proportion of SDA:potassium sorbate=4∶1,is the selected effective formula as a grain preservative.
