中西医结合治疗重度溃疡性直肠炎的临床研究

Treatment of severe ulcerative proctitis with combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment

目的探讨中西医联合治疗重度溃疡性直肠炎的临床效果。方法将32例重度溃疡性直肠炎患者根据肠镜下黏膜表现，进行分阶段中西医联合治疗，各阶段均口服不同剂量柳氮磺吡啶片，中医治疗：急性活动期以清热利湿、调气活血为主；维持期以清热燥湿、益气活血、收涩生肌为主：恢复期以凉血活血、健脾益气为主。均根据不同治法，采用中药煎剂保留灌肠，1次／d。结果治愈22例（68．75％），好转8例（25％）2例未能随访，总有效率为93．75％。结论重度溃疡性直肠炎通过中医辨证施治，合理运用中药保留灌肠，联合西药激素及氨基水杨酸类能迅速控制病情的急性发作，疗效显著，复发率低。

Objective To explore the combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of severe ulcerative proctitis in clinical efficacy. Methods All 32 cases of severe ulcerative proctitis patients were divided into different stages to treat with combination therapy in Western medicine, according to the examination of membranes of the return by means of colonoscopy. Results The cure rate was 68.75% （22/32） , improvement rate was 25% （ 8/ 32）, the total effective rate was 93.75%. Conclusions Severe ulcerative proctitis can be divided into different types based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation. Rational use of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema, the Joint Western hormones and amino-salicylic acid can rapidly control the disease in acute onset period. It is effective and recurrence rate is low.
