双料喉风散用于拔牙术后并发症的治疗

Observation on effective of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder on complications of dental extraction

目的 观察双料喉风散对拔牙术后并发症的防治效果。方法将我科门诊280例拔牙患者分为两组，治疗组拔牙术后予双料喉风散外用于忠处牙槽，对照组不予该药，观察三日后创口愈合情况及并发症的发生率。结果治疗组创口1期愈合的情况优于对照组（P〈0．05），术后出血时间短于对照组（P〈0．01），牙龈肿胀、疼痛、开口困难轻于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论双料喉风散外用于患处牙槽可有效防治拔牙术后的疼痛、出血、肿胀等并发症。

Objective To observe the effects of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder on complications of dental extraction. Methods .280 patients who need dental extraction were recruited into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was applied with Shuangliao Houfeng Powder externally on alveolus dentalis after dental extraction, while the control group received no post-treatment after dental extraction. Wound healing and incidence of complications were observed after three days. Results Wound healing in stage 1 showed better results in the treatment group than the control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Postoperative bleeding time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.01） . Besides the treatment group got better improvements in such symptoms as gingival swelling, pain, and difficulty in mouth opening than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuangliao Houfeng Powder is effective on complications of dental extraction and worthy of prornotion in clime.
