摘要
在教育管理与信息技术紧密结合的今天,协同办公自动化OA(以下简称"OA")是高校办公系统发展的必然趋势,是高校加强自身建设、改革与发展的客观要求,也是打造"数字化校园、节约型校园"的必然选择,OA不仅提供了相当于自动办公环境的平台,提高了工作效率,而且节约了管理成本,提升了大学整体的信息化管理水平。对于规范管理,提高工作效能,节余人财物等方面有着重大意义。本文就协同办公系统的设计、需求、原则、框架和实现目标进行了探讨。
It is significant, nowadays, to collaborate between education management and information technology for applying office automation, to enhance contracture and to inform and develop for digital and save cost in universities. OA improves the work efficiency, rules the management and saves the labors. This paper proposes the OA's collaborated work system in general design. It researches on customer demand, rules and contracture of OA, and realize the functions to use the computer program.
