摘要
目的探讨C-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色S-P法,检测46例子宫内膜癌及30例非典型增生子宫内膜组织石蜡切片中C-erbB-2的表达情况,比较C-erbB-2蛋白表达与临床病理指标的关系及其意义。结果30例非典型增生子宫内膜阳性表达18例,在46例子宫内膜癌患者中,C-erbB-2表达情况与子宫内膜癌FIGO分期I期-Ⅱ期与Ⅳ期间、病理学分级:I级与Ⅲ级间,淋巴结有无转移间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。C-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌中表达情况与年龄、肌层浸深度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论FIGO分期晚、病理分级高,有淋巴结转移者C-erbB-2表达率高,C-erbB-2与子宫内膜癌预后有关。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of the C-erbB-2 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods The expression of C-erbB-2 in endometrial tissue form 46 patients with endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method.The relationship between the expression of C-erbB-2 and clinicopathological factors were also compared.Results The positive rate of C-erbB-2 in 30 patients with atypical hyperplasia of endometrium was 60%（18/30）.The positive rates of C-erbB-2 expression in the malignant tissue is higher than that in nonmalignant tissue（P〈0.05）.The expression of C-erbB-2 was associated with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics（FIGO） stages,pathological grades and the lymph node shift.And it wasnot concerned with age and the depth of mucosa infiltration.Conclusion The expression of C-erbB-2 correlates with the progress prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
