针刺对脑卒中后抑郁康复疗效的影响

目的探讨针刺抗抑郁治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者抑郁症状及神经功能康复的影响。方法40例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为针刺抗抑郁治疗组、对照组,采用单盲方法,治疗组在常规脑卒中治疗基础上给予针刺神庭、气海等抗抑郁治疗,对照组仅采用常规治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后抑郁症状及神经功能康复的情况。结果治疗组患者无论汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、欧洲卒中评分标准(ESS)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺抗抑郁治疗不但有利于脑卒中后抑郁患者抑郁症状的康复,也有利于患者神经功能康复,是脑卒中后抑郁的有效治疗方法。

Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture treatmentic anti-depression on depressive symptoms and neural function rehabilitation after stroke.Methods 40 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group.It was a single-blind study.For acupuncture group ,anti-depression of acupuncture shen-ting and qi-hai etc were carried out,in addition to routine rehabilitation treatment.Depression symptoms and neural function recovery of two groups were observated before and after treatment.Results In the acupuncture group,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD）,European Stroke Scale Standards （ESS） and the Modified Barthel Index （MBI） score significantly changed than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Antidepressant treatment of acupuncture not only relieved the depression,but also promoted the recovery of neural function and it is an effective treatment for post-stroke depression.
