快速检测心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)在急诊胸痛患者中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨快速检测心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白在急诊胸痛患者中的诊断价值。方法对152例急诊胸痛(0~6h内)患者即刻行H-FABP及血CTnI和CK-MB检测。结果急性心肌梗死组阳性率86.96%,非急性心肌梗死组阳性率4.72%。结论心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白在急诊胸痛患者中用于急性心肌梗死的筛选快速而简便,有较高的敏感性和特异性。
