摘要
目的研究桑枝提取物对糖尿病大鼠血糖及氧化应激的影响。方法采用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病大鼠模型,灌胃给药4周后测定空腹血糖(FPG)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血清及肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果桑枝提取物能够明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、提高血清SOD活性、降低MDA的含量,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桑枝提取物可降低糖尿病大鼠血糖并能够提高其抗氧化能力。
Objective To study the effects of Ramulus mori extracts on blood glucose and peroxidation in diabetic rats.Methods Copy diabetic rat model using alloxan,were given medicine for 4 weeks and the levels of blood glucose,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured.Results Serum SOD of rats in DM group significantly decreased than that of normal control group;serum and MDA in liver and pancreas significantly increased than that of normal control group(P0.01).After treatment by Ramulus mori extracts,blood glucose levels in diabetic rats decreased,serum SOD levels had a greater increase,the content of serum and MDA in liver and pancreas significantly decreased.Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Ramulus mori extracts can reduce blood glucose in diabetic rats and improve their oxidation resistance.This may have positive significance for preventing the occurrence of diabetes and its complications.
