高效液相色谱法测定独活寄生丸中蛇床子素的含量

HPLC determination of osthole in Duhuojisheng pills

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定独活寄生丸中蛇床子素的含量。方法采用HypersilODSC18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(68:32)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长322nm。结果蛇床子素在0.0279～0.2511μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.19%(n=6),RSD=1.23%。结论所建立的方法稳定、可靠,可为该产品建立质量控制方法提供参考。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of osthole in Duhuojisheng pills.Methods A Hypersil ODSC18 column（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm）was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water（30：70）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength at 322nm.Results The linearity range was0.0279-0.2511 μg（r=0.999 9）,average recovery rate was 100.19%（n=6）,RSD=1.23%.Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible,and availed for quality control the Duhuojisheng pills.
