两种不同内固定技术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效分析

Observe the effect of two different internal fixation technologies in treatment of smashing patella fractures

目的观察分体式髌骨爪加环形钢丝和AO张力带两种不同内固定技术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效。方法回顾分析手术治疗的58例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者,其中28例采用分体式髌骨爪加环形钢丝固定,30例采用AO张力带固定;所有病例均获随访。结果两种内固定均有良好的固定作用,术后A、B两组膝关节功能优良率分别为96.43%、90%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种内固定技术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折可以获得同样满意疗效,而分体式髌骨爪加环形钢丝是一种较AO张力带更好,更理想的治疗方法,尤其对严重髌骨粉碎性骨折治疗体现出较好的优越性。

Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of internal fixation technologies on treatment of smashing patella fractures.Methods 58 cases of smashing patella fractures were retrospectively analyzed.28 cases of all patients were treated with the device of two-part catching patella and steel wire fixing and the others with AO-tension band fixation.All of them were followed up.Results Two groups had been well fixed.The excellent and good rates of the function of knee joints in Group A and Group B were 96.43%and 90%respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Both different technologies have the same satisfying efficiency in treatment of smashing patella fracture.In addition,the treatment with the device of two-part catching patella and steel wirefxing is proved to be better and it achieves a more satisfying treatment especially in treating serious smashing patella fractures.
