摘要
目的探讨我院入住呼吸内科患者抗菌药物应用情况。方法回顾性分析我院呼吸内科2007年l月至2008年12月住院患者100例,对患者抗菌药应用情况进行统计分析。结果患者抗菌药物应用率为100%,其中单联用药42例（42%）,二联用药52例（52%）,三联用药5例（5%）,四联以上用药1例（1%）。细菌送检率92%。结论应加强呼吸内科抗菌药使用管理,促进抗菌药合理使用。
Objeetive To explore the patients in breathing antimicrobial application. Methods Retrospective study on breathing physicians patients in 2007.1-2008.12. Statistical analysis Application for patients with antibiotic application. Results application rate of patients were 100%. Single couplet drug 42 cases （42%）, two drugs joint 52cases （52%）, three drugs joint 5cases （5%）, and four drugs joint 1 case （1%）. Bacterial strains rate were 92%. Conclusion We should strengthen internal management antibiotic bacteria in respiratory medicine, promoting rational antibiotic application.
