HPLC法测定丹红粉针中丹酚酸B的含量

目的建立用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定丹红粉针中丹酚酸B的含量。方法采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS色谱柱（4.6×250mm,5μm）,以甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水（30∶10∶4∶56）为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为281nm。结果丹酚酸B在50.80～508.00μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.38%,RSD为0.60%。结论本法快捷简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可作为样品的检测方法。

Objective To build a method of HPLC for measuring the content of salvianolic acid B in powder for Danhong Injection. Method Shim-pack CLC-ODS （4.6 × 250mm5μm） column was used and the flow phase was alcohol-acetonitrile-acid-water （30 ： 10 ： 4 ： 56）. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 281nm. Resu Its The concentration and peak area of salvianolic acid B have a good linear relafionship（r=0.9999）within the range of50.80~508.00μg·ml^-1. The recovery ratio was 98.38% and RSD was 0.60%. Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, quick and precise for determination of salvianolic acid B in powder for Danhong Injection.
