重症颅脑损伤1677例院外急救临床分析

Effects of pre-hospital first aid for severe head in jury： analysis of 1677 cases

目的探讨院外急救措施的时效性和准确性对重症颅脑损伤患者救治效果的影响。方法对扬州市急救中心自2006年-2008年院外急救的1677例重症颅脑损伤患者患者进行回顾性分析。结果采用合理有效的院外急救措施后，与2006年、2007年度比较，2008年患者伤情稳定率有明显提高（均P〈0．01）。结论重视院外救治的时效性和准确性、做好急救转运、畅通救治绿色通道等对重症颅脑损伤患者救治效果具有重要影响。

Objectives To analyze the effects of chronergy and accuracy of pre-hospital first aid on the curative effect of severe head injury （SHI）. Methods The clinical data of 1677 SHI patients, aged 42.3 （5-85）, undergoing pre-hospital first aid, 450 treated in 2006, 322 males and 128 females, and 574 treated in 2007, 399 males and 175 females, and 653 treated in 2008, 432 males and 221 females, were analyzed. Results More reasonable and effective measures of first aid were adopted more in 2008 than in 2007 and 2006. The stable ondition rate of the year 2008 was 96.8%, significantly higher than those of the years 2007 （95.5%） and 2006 （93.3%）（both P〈0.01）. Conclusion Chronergy and accuracy of pre-hospital first aid, good transportation and smooth hess of green channel help incresae the effect in treating SHI patients.
