31例亲体肝移植受体术前心理状态分析

Mental status of recipients before living related liver transplantation： analysis of 31 cases

目的 分析亲体肝移植受体术前的心理状态。方法分析2006年7月～2007年11月31例亲体肝移植受体的临床资料，分析其术前心理状态及相关因素。结果主要心理状态为拒绝和反对、内疚和自责无能为力、感激；原因为疾病本身的压力、担忧亲属健康等。结论亲体肝脏移植患者有其独特的的心理感受，应研究相对应的策略。

Objective To analyze the mental status of recipients before living related liver transplantation （LRLT）. Methods The clinical data of 31 recipients of LRLT before operation in the period July 2006-November 2007 were analyzed. Results The main mental responses of the patients included rejection, refusal, guilty conscience, self-accusation, feeling of helplessness, and gratefulness. The causative factors of these mental responses included the stress of disease, worry about their relatives＇ health, etc. Conclusion The recipients of LRLT have their own special mental responses against which appropriate strategies have to be developed.
