基于相位角原理的失步振荡解列判据机理研究 被引量:35

摘要 就双机等值系统在失步振荡过程中的电压、电流和相位角等电气量进行理论分析和计算,总结出它们尤其是相位角在失步过程中的变化规律;考虑实际运行情况,进一步探讨基于相位角原理的判据在装置上实现时应该注意的问题,指出失步解列装置应能正确区分失步振荡、同步振荡和故障;通过增加启动判据来实现加速启动等辅助条件,进一步补充、完善相位角原理判据,使判据具有先进性和普遍适用性。 In this paper, the voltage, current and phase angle in the process of out-of-step based on the two-machine equivalent system are analyzed and calculated. Some rules, especially the phase angle's changing rule in the process, are summed up. Take into account the actual operation, the criterion based on phase angle principle is further explored in order to be better used to equipments. A viewpoint that out-of-step splitting device should correctly distinguish out-of-step oscillation, synchronous oscillation and fault is put forward. Some start criteria are added in order to accelerate the start speed, to improve the phase angle criterion and make the criterion have advanced capability and universal applicability.
