摘要
中性点接地方式选择是一个综合性的技术问题,在对接地方式特性及其与电网的相互关系分析的基础上,应用模糊推理原理,通过合理选择接地方式决策模糊输入参数、建立模糊输入参数隶属度函数、构建输入和输出关系矩阵等过程,采用定义的模糊逻辑运算规则将输入映射到输出,实现了中性点接地方式定量优化抉择。实际算例验证了该方法的有效性和合理性。
The mode selection Of distribution network neutral grounding is an integrated technique. Based on the detailed analysis of the charaeteristics of grounding modes and the relations between the grounding mode and the power grid, this paper proposes a fuzzy reasoning method to realize the mode optimal selection of neutral grounding. The decision processes include the selection of fuzzy input variables, the establishment of the fuzzy membership functions of the fuzzy input variables and the fuzzy logical relation matrix, and the definition of the fuzzy logical operation rules and the fuzzy logic decision method. The practical example proved the rationality and the effectiveness of the method.
