海冰资源淡化研究与利用技术开发

Development of Technology for Sea Ice Desalination and Utilization of Sea Ice Resources

本文总结了正在执行的"863"项目"海冰资源淡化与利用技术"课题的有关海冰资源研究的部分成果。主要是北京师范大学、中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所、天津大学化工学院和中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所最近几年在陆基海冰淡化技术开发及集成、海冰水种植与灌溉技术、海冰水灌溉技术体系和农业安全利用模式,以及陆基海冰淡化及农业灌溉应用示范方面的研究进展,并对未来海冰资源淡化与利用技术研究的方向和重点进行了展望。

The advances of Sea Ice Resources Desalination and Utilization Technology,the ongoing National High-tech Research and Development Program （863 Program）,were summarized in this paper. The work performed by the research groups from Beijing Normal University; Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences; School of Chemical Engineering and Technology ,Tianjin University; Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Some significant results have achieved in desalination technology of sea ice at the land-based and utilization technology of seaice resources, including development and integration of techniques for planting and irrigation using desalinated sea ice water, irrigation systems and agricultural safety, and demonstration of land-based sea ice desalination and irrigation techniques. The future research focus our attentions on the integrated technology system for ＂collection-transportation-preservation-desalination＂ of sea ice at the land-based, the effects of climate change on sea ice quantities, the breeding selection of salt-tolerant crops, and demonstration of utilization of desalinated sea ice water.
