摘要
SWOT分析方法是用系统的思想将组织内部优势（S）与劣势（W）、外部机会（O）与威胁（T）等看似独立的变化因素相互匹配起来进行综合分析，制定有效战略计划的方法。在学校发展规划制定过程中运用这种方法，将使规划更加科学有效。
SWOT analysis is a method to use systemic ideas to make the organization＇s strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, which look like independent variables to match up with each other, and to develop an effective strategic plan. This method used in the school development planning can make the program more scientific and effective.
