Abstract Based on the characteristics of dissertations and the philosophy of values in all respects, the particular information values of bachelors degree dissertations to the sciences of library,document education,talent,information,etc.are discussed respectively.The necessities and approaches to exploit and utilize these latent values without loss of time have also been presented.
