摘要
文献选择策略是图书馆藏书建设的基本环节，而文献选择策略的可操作性是其成功的根本。用否定性判断对文献进行劣性淘汰是达到文献选择目的的具有较强的可操作性的文献选择策略。
Abstract The library literature selection policy is a basic link of building library collection. Its operatelbility is successful key. The omitting method with negativity judgement can achieve the goal of literature selection.
