摘要
本文试图从“让服务形成文化”的角度去探讨图书馆读者服务工作的新趋势,阐述了服务文化的内涵和功能,并对建设图书馆服务文化提出了一些建议。
Abstract This paper tries to probe the new tendency of development on library reader services from the point letting the services become a part of the culture .It expounds the intentions of the services culture and the functions of the services culture.And finally it puts forward some suggestions on how to set up the library services culture.
