摘要
目的:了解我院2006～2008年抗菌药物的应用状况,为临床合理应用抗菌药物及科学管理提供依据。方法:根据我院计算机信息管理系统,统计抗菌药物用量及销售金额,采用金额排序法和用药频度分析进行统计分析。结果:我院抗菌药物应用中,大环内酯类、头孢菌素类应用频繁,且头孢菌素类呈逐年增长趋势。结论:我院抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍需进一步加强管理,保证临床用药安全、经济、有效。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the status quo of the utilization of antibiotics in our hospital during 2006 ～ 2008 so as to provide basis for rational clinical use and scientific management of antibiotics. METHODS： The consumption data of antibiotics were retrieved from HIS （Hospital Information System） and analyzed statistically by the methods of consumption sum ordering and DDDs analysis. RESULTS： Of the antibiotics used in our hospital, Macrolides and Cephalosporins ranked ahead in terms of DDDs,and the consumption of cephalosporins kept increasing year on year. CONCLUSION： The use of antibiotics in our hospital is basically rational,but it is necessary to tighten control on the use of antibiotics in order to ensure safe,economical and efficient clinical drug use.
