目的:探讨临床药师的特殊身份在处理涉药纠纷中的作用。方法:通过临床药师在3起涉药纠纷中运用自己药学专业知识为患者解释药物反应可能会对患者产生的影响,打消其家属不必要的担心。结果:患者及其家属清楚用药预后情况,打消了顾虑,医患关系和谐。结论:临床药师有能力在涉药纠纷中帮助医院处理,并且能取得良好的结果,能大大加强患者及其家属对医院的信任,促进和谐医疗环境。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in dealing with drug - related disputes. METHODS： 3 typical drug - related cases were reviewed in which clinical pharmacists explained to patients’ family members’ about the possible impacts of the pharmaceutical drug reactions on patients by using their expertise to dispel their unnecessary worry. RESULTS： Due to clinical pharmacists’ explanation,both patients and their family members got a clear knowledge about the medication prognosis and their worries were gone and a harmonious doctor - patient relationship was achieved. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists are capable of cooperating with hospital in dealing with drug - related dispute to enhance both patients and their family members＇ trust in hospital and promote harmonious medical environment thus achieving good outcome.
