摘要
[目的]探索培养高职护理学生护理核心能力的途径和教学方法。[方法]以2007级三年制高职护理学生为研究对象,分为对照组、实验A组和实验B组,分别采取不同教学方法,比较分析实验后病例分析成绩、学生核心能力问卷得分。[结果]实验前3组学生核心能力测评得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而实验后病例分析成绩、学生核心能力问卷得分实验A组和实验B组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]院校结合是提高学生核心能力的重要途径,学生核心能力的提高应从学校教育开始。
Objective:To probe into way and teaching method for training nursing core competence of high vocational nursing school students. Methods. Students of 2007 grade three - year vocational nursing students were selected as subjects and were divided into control group,test group A and test group B. Students of different groups were adopted different teaching methods respectively. Case analyses achievement of students and core ability questionnaire scorings of students after experiment of all groups were compared. Results: There were no statistical significant differences before experiment among three groups of students in terms of core competence evaluation scores(P〉0. 05). However,in terms of case analysis achievement scoring and core competence questionnaire scoring after the experiment,students of test group A and B were higher than that of control group students(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Colleges and schools integrating together is an important way to enhance the core competence of students. And the enhancement of core competence of students should start from school education.
