Probe into standard teaching for new nurses in anesthesia recovery room

[目的]探讨麻醉恢复室新护士的规范化培训方法。[方法]对14名麻醉科恢复室新护士实行为期半年的规范化培训,优化培训期课程,培训结束后评价新护士对麻醉恢复室工作掌握程度。[结果]14名新护士上岗后均能胜任麻醉恢复室护理工作,在科室及护理部各项考核中全部合格。[结论]麻醉恢复室新护士规范化培训满足了本专业工作需求,为将来专科护士培养打下了良好的基础。

Objective： To probe into the standard training for new nurses in anesthesia recovery room. Methods： Half a year of standard training was carried out for a total of 14 new nurses in anesthesia recovery room, which included optimizating courses＇ in training period, evaluating the mastering of new nurses toward work in anesthesia recovery room at the end of training. Results ： All 14 new nurses were competent enough for the nursing job in anesthesia .recovery room,and they passed an examination in every examination of department and nursing department. Conclusion： standard training for new nurses in anesthesia recovery room has satisfied the special work demand and do well groundwork for cultivation of professional nurse in the future
