中西部地区地市级政府主办高职院校增强吸引力的对策探讨

On Countermeasure for Enhancing the Attractiveness of Prefecture-level Governments-sponsor Higher Vocational Colleges in the Central and Western Regions

地市级政府承担着职业教育发展的主要责任,中西部地区地市级政府主办的高职院校因企业行业背景缺乏等历史原因,普遍面临着师资结构单一、实训条件较差、人才培养缺乏特色等问题。从高职院校层面来探讨,增强中西部地区职业教育吸引力的对策包括坚持就业导向的办学思想,改进实践教学条件,提高师资队伍素质和学生综合素质,加强校企深度融合。

The prefecture-level governments assume the chief responsibility of vocational education development.For the historical problems of lacking business background and industry context,higher vocational colleges which prefecture-level governments sponsor in the central and western regions universally face such problems as the single structure of teachers,worse practice condition,lack of characteristics in personnel training and so on.From the stage of higher vocational colleges,enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education in the central and western regions include：persisting in employment-oriented school running thought,improving practice teaching conditions,enhancing qualities of teachers and students and strengthening integration of school with enterprises.
