摘要
自我导向发展是近年来教师专业化发展的新模式,能顺应教师内心需求不断激发个体自我超越。高职院校年轻教师自我导向发展模式的金字塔能力结构包括:塔基,即职业道德、教学能力、科研能力、实践能力和心理调节能力;塔身,即继续学习能力、创新能力和社会服务能力;塔颈,即自主决策能力和反思能力;塔顶,即教育境界。自我导向发展所需能力的培养途径主要来自学校、教师个人以及朋辈群体三个层面。
Self-directed development is a new model of teachers professional development,which can adapt to teachers' psychological needs and inspire them to surpass themselves.The pyramidal ability structure of self-directed model of young teachers in higher vocational colleges include:pyramidal ground,which include professional morality,teaching ability,scientific research ability,practical ability and mental adjustment ability;pyramidal body,which include further learning ability,innovative ability and social service ability;pyramidal neck,which include self-decision making ability and reflection ability;pyramidal peak,which indicate educational ambit.The cultivation approaches of self-directed abilities mainly come from school,individual teachers and friends group.
