心内直视术后动脉性出血的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Arterial Haemorrhagia after Open heart Surgery

本文报告５例正中开胸心脏直视术后动脉性出血的诊断及治疗（３例心包填塞）。此为心脏直视术后较危险的并发症。出血的主要原因多由于切口缝合不严；术中止血时血压偏低，术后血压突发增高导致损伤处破裂出血；电刀不小心烧灼主动脉及术中损伤邻近小动脉等。５例病人经果断地二次开胸止血均得以获救痊愈。

This paper reported the diagnosis and treatment of five cases of arterial haemorrhagia after open heart surgery (three cases of cardiac tamponade).It is a dangerous complication after open heart surgery.The main reasons were these:the incisions were mended unsuitably;the wound disruption caused haemorrhagia when the blood pressure increased suddenly postoperatively for lower blood presure in operation of hemostasis;the electrotome cauterized aorta and the small arteries were wounded in operation etc.Five cases recovered after secondary operation resolutely.
