信息化评估50年回顾

Review of 50 Years Informatization Evaluation

文章回顾了半个世纪以来信息化评估的发展历程,在比较不同发展时期的评估方法差异后,探讨了人们改变评估方法的主要原因。认为在这50年的发展中,信息化评估经历了三个阶段,初期人们是依靠自身理性认识来构建评估方法;而后是因现代信息技术的高速发展拉动了社会发展对评估的需求;而当前,在经历了信息化基础设施建设高潮后评估重点回归于社会应用的理性。

After reviewing the informatization assessment development in the last half- century and comparing the differences of assessment methods in different periods, this paper explores the primary causes for changing the assessment methods. In the past 50 years, the development of informatization assessment can be divided into three stages ： in the initial stage, the assessment method was designed relying on the rational knowledge ; the demand of assessment was pushed by the rapid development of ICT in the second stage ; after the boom of ICT infrastructure development, informatization assessment currently becomes rational in social application.
