基于MC的三维可视化方法的研究与实现

摘要 医学影像三维可视化技术利用二维医学图像序列重建出三维模型,为医生提供了直观、全面、准确的病灶和正常组织信息,是当今医学领域研究的热点。其中最有代表性的是由W.ELorenson和H.E.Cline在1987年提出来的Marching Cubes方法[1]。本文主要介绍了MC方法的原理和实现,并实现了基于MFC与OpenGL两项技术的高精度,高效率面绘制程序。 Three-dimensional visualization of medical image is a technology that uses CT medical images to resonstruct three-dimensional medical model.It provides doctors with an intuitive,comprehensive and accurate information on tumors and tissues,and it is a hot topic in the medical profession.MC is the most representative method proposed by W.E Lorenson and H.E.Cline.The paper uses MFC and OpenGL to achieve an MC program which has high accuracy and high efficiency.
