基于退耕还林还草背景的奈曼旗生态环境质量评价

The evaluation on eco-environmental quality based on brain for breen in Naiman Qi

采用《生态环境状况评价技术规范(试行)》(HJ/T 192-2006)规定的生态环境状况评价的指标体系和计算方法,对奈曼旗2000年、2005年实施退耕还林还草工程初期及5年后的生态环境质量进行定量分析和评价;结果表明,奈曼旗2000年、2005年生态环境质量指数分别为33.94、36.93,根据生态环境状况变化度分级表,分别属于"较差""一般";奈曼旗生态环境质量指数的变化幅度为8.8%,实施退耕还林还草工程5年后,生态环境质量明显提高。

Applied Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation（Tentative）（HJ/T 192-2006）which provides establishment of indicator system for assessing eco-environment quality and the methods of calculation,the paper makes a quantitative analysis and evaluation for the ecological environment of Naiman Banner based on grain for green from 2000 to 2005.The results express that： the eco-environmental quality indexes for 2000 and 2005 are 33.94 and 36.93 respectively,belonging to the rank of ＂badly＂ and ＂general＂.The variation of the eco-environmental quality index is8.8%,indicating that in the 5 years of the implementation of the project of grain for green,the eco-environmental quality of Naiman Banner obviously improves.
