基于能值分析的徐州生态经济系统可持续性评价 被引量:3

摘要 以徐州为研究对象,在2002-2006年生态经济系统能值流计算的基础上建立能值指标体系,分析系统内社会、经济和生态子系统之间的数量关系;结果表明,近几年系统净能值产出率远大于1,说明生产效率保持在一个很高的水平;环境负荷率一直在较高水平波动,最大时为江苏省的3倍,说明系统高强度的能值使用给环境带来了巨大压力;能值/货币比率的下降、以及能值密度和人均能值用量不断上升,进一步证明了区域经济发展水平及城市化程度的提高;可持续发展性能指标整体呈下降趋势,表明系统可持续发展性能逐年减弱。 In order to evaluate the sustainable of ecological-economic system in Xuzhou,.The impact of natural capital on the economic process and the feedback will be measured on a same platform in a systematic manner,which traditional method can not do.On the basis of emergy flows calculation and a series of emergy indices establishment,a comparion with other countries and regions was issued first.The change tendency of main emergy indices of the complex system in Xuzhou from year 2002 to 2006 was analyzed soon after.The result shows that the emergy yield ratio was far more than 1,suggesting that system productivity was in a very high level.Meanwhile,the environmental loading ratio had been fluctuating at a relatively high level,with the largest value of three times higher than that in Jiangsu.The change trend of the two indices reflected that high-intensity emergy use of local non-renewable resources has ensured the economy development and also led to the enormous pressure on environment.Furthermore,The decline of emergy dollar ratio,as well as the rise of emergy per area and emergy per person further proved the development of economic society and the advancement of regional urbanization.The downtrend of emergy index for sustainable development indicated that the system capability of sustainable development weakened year by year while the regional comprehensive strength and competition strengthened continuously.
