摘要
对卫星搭载的4个桉树6个家系种子进行苗期和田间生长性状的研究结果表明:经过太空诱变的桉树家系苗期和田间各生长性状较对照均表现出明显的变异,搭载后6个家系田间单株材积的变异系数分别为118.5%、91.5%、120.8%、85.4%、103.2%、81.2%,而未经诱变的同一桉树家系种子为74.1%、88.6%、59.0%、82.6%、92.9%、88.9%,仅6号家系未出现明显的变异。
Through 6 family seeds of 4 eucalyptus with space mutation, comparative study on sowing and field growth characterization were studied. The results showed that various growth traits of seedling and field compared with the control showed significant variation after space mutation eucalyptus family, coefficient of variation of forest stand volume six eucalyptus family after space mutation were 118.5%, 91.5%, 120. 8%, 85.4%, 103.2%, 81.2%, while without mutation of the same family of eucalyptus seeds was 74. 1%, 88. 6% , 59. 0%, 82. 6%, 92. 9%, 88. 9%, only No. 6 family didn't appear significant variations.
