摘要
在实验室条件下,对家具用水性封闭底漆在低温干燥过程中的水分挥发规律进行了研究。结果表明,在干燥环境相同的条件下,枫木贴面涂饰板和玻璃涂饰板涂层的水分挥发规律有一定的相似性。但是,枫木贴面涂饰板涂层的水分一部分渗透到木材中,一部分向空气中挥发,而玻璃涂饰板只向空气中挥发;枫木贴面涂饰板涂层水分挥发量小于玻璃板,涂层内水分残留量大于玻璃涂饰板。
The law about the moisture volatilizations of water - borne sealer for furniture dried in the low temperature environment was studied in the laboratory. The results showed that the law was similar to the coating on the maple - veneered panel for furniture and the glass panel. But the movement direction of water was different, the former included the water volatized into the air and the water permeated to the wood, the latter only included the water volatized into the air. The rate of moisture volatilization on the maple- veneered- furniture- panel was less than the glasspanel. To the water included in the coating, the former was more than the latter.
